NV5 <br />Control <br />services for CGP include conducting BMP audits for active construction sites, <br />coordination of REAPS and all rain event inspections with contractors, review <br />LEEDAccredited <br />of SWPPP documents prepared by contractors, support of UCSD staff in filing <br />Professional <br />Annual Reports and any other information needed for upload to SMARTS, <br />AVAILABILITY <br />providing contractor and owner training as needed on permit requirements, <br />40% <br />and representation of Owner (UCSD) in the event of any stormwater <br />discharges or violations. Services for Phase II permit include helping UCSD <br />revise design guidance for consultants, and review of individual projects for <br />water quality compliance. <br />NPDES Stormwater Inspections <br />CITY OF CARLSBAD I CARLSBAD, CA <br />Project Manager. Ms. Peterson provided NPDES support to the City to support <br />the Storm Water Program and monitoring the implementation of all BMPs on <br />construction sites. Managed two stormwater inspectors who were responsible <br />for performing regular site inspections on all construction sites, meeting with <br />responsible contacts on site, conducting BMP assessments, coordinating and <br />communicating problem sites to the City's inspection staff, completing written <br />and/or electronic inspection reports identifying any deficiencies or corrective <br />actions needed at each site. <br />SDG&E Contract for Stormwater Permitting and SWPPP Services <br />SDG&E <br />Project Manager. Ms. Peterson is responsible for overseeing this stormwater <br />permitting contract. NV5 has been responsible for providing QSD and QSP <br />services associated with the State's Construction General Permit, including <br />preparing traditional and linear SWPPPs for new projects as QSDs, performing <br />BMP inspections and sampling as QSPs, updating and maintaining on -site <br />SWPPPs, providing SWPPP training to contractors, coordinating with SDG&E <br />and SDG&E contractors in providing guidance to address BMP deficiencies and <br />N V 5 SWPPP compliance, and preparing project closeout documents. <br />
