Also <br />coordinates the staff training program for this on -call contract. Project role includes construction management <br />and inspection of various on -site and off -site CIP and land development projects in accordance with City <br />standards. Recent and ongoing projects include: <br />• Renaissance East Development ($50M) — Retail and Entertainment Center spanning a 60-acre site <br />• Monster Energy Drinks ($85M) — 1 M sf warehouse and distribution building on 48 acres <br />• Fedex Ground Expansion ($25M) — 100,000sf building <br />• Numerous Residential Developments ($ Varies) — Infrastructure and site work to prepare for <br />construction of single family detached homes, condominiums and apartment complexes <br />• 1-210 Logistics Center ($300M) — Multi -phased warehouses ranging from 200,000 sf to over 700,000 sf <br />• Magnolia Street Rehabilitation ($31M)o <br />Project Management and Support Services, City of Chino, CA <br />Project Manager for various CIP projects throughout the City. The project work includes developing and <br />managing projects included in the City's 5-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The City's CIP includes <br />projects under several categories: Parks, Public Facilities, Water, Sewer, Sanitation, Storm Drain, Streets, <br />Traffic and Miscellaneous. The 2018/19budget is approximately $59M divided between 50 projects. Elements <br />involve construction and repair of roads and bridges, installation and upgrade of traffic signals, rehabilitation <br />of water and sewer lines, construction and renovation of parks and City facilities, and installation of <br />streetlights and sidewalks.
