<br />Alternate Raw Water Transmission Line, Trabuco Canyon Water District, CA
<br />Resident Engineer/ Inspector provided construction management and inspection services for this federally
<br />funded project consisted of approximately 5,000' of 10"and 12" PVC pipe. This pipeline was constructed along
<br />an environmentally sensitive creek in an existing Orange County recreational path. Heavily used by cyclists,
<br />pedestrians and equestrians, the path was always required to be kept open and safe. Access and working
<br />hours were strictly limited. The rest of the project completed in City streets with strict traffic control guidelines
<br />and limited working hours. Responsibilities included setting up and maintaining the electronic document control
<br />systems and monitoring and verifying all aspects of the work. Processed submittals, change orders, and RFI's,
<br />verified and documented all changes and extra work, completed daily and photo inspection logs and processed
<br />monthly pay applications.
<br />San Juan Creek 30" Effluent Transmission Main Replacement, Moulton Niguel Water District, CA
<br />As the Resident Engineer and Inspector, provided construction management and inspection services for this
<br />federally funded micro -tunneling project. This project installed a 300 feet of 60" steel cased micro -tunnel under
<br />the San Juan Creek. The greatest challenge of the project was the installation of the 80' deep jacking and
<br />receiving shafts. A 36" diameter PVC pipe was installed, grouted in place and connected to the existing outfall
<br />piping. Responsible for all aspects of construction management including inspecting, documenting the work,
<br />communicating with stakeholders, conducting progress meetings, and coordinating shutdowns. Set up and
<br />maintained the electronic document control system, processed all submittals RFI's and change orders, and
<br />processed payments to the contractor. Project stakeholders included Moulton Niguel Water District, Santa
