Bryan Tuschhoff, CMIT, QSP, PMP <br />Senior Construction Manager <br />Construction including, administration of project turnover items, close-out deliverables, certificate of <br />completion, CDBG federal funding close-out, final payment, retention release, final project delivery. <br />Capital Improvement Projects include: <br />• Murrieta Senior Center Improvements Project ($400K) — Tenant Improvements included paint, carpet, <br />tile, window coverings, bathroom fixtures, security system upgrades and new TPO roof system. <br />• Murrieta Community Center Improvements Project ($232K) — Tenant Improvements included paint, tile, <br />ADA elevator lift and aluminum ramp, refinishing the hardwood stage floor. <br />• Adams/Juniper Water Well Redevelopment Project ($10019 — Redevelopment included installation <br />highline to percolation ponds, well casing refurbishment, video survey and gyroscopic alignment <br />survey, casing thickness inspection, installing of test pump equipment, well development via test <br />pumping, surging and step -draw down, well capping. <br />Responsibilities for design projects involve administration and extensive coordination with the Design Architect <br />and Engineer throughout the development of 100%plans and specifications; management of the review and <br />comments process with the various City departments including Building & Safety, Fire, Police, Engineering <br />(structural and civil), Geotechnical, Federal Funding agencies, Utility Agencies including electric, water, sewer, <br />RWQCB, WQMP, to complete the final review and approval process; advertising the projects for bid through <br />various news agencies, minority publications and PlanetBids; answering bid questions, and conducting the pre - <br />bid conference. <br />Design projects include: <br />• Town Square Park Project Phases 1,2 and 3 ($6.14 — Improvements include an covered amphitheater <br />and stage with concrete lawn seats, dance floor, theater lighting and audio, Wi-Fi, security cameras <br />linked to PD, and emergency power back-up, restrooms, dressing room, and storage building <br />• Senior Center Outdoor Recreation Area ($1.1 M — Improvements 11 uclude covered workout stations, <br />two pickle ball courts, ping pong table, picnic tables, gazebo <br />• Second Ave. Park Project ($200K) — Improvements include a tot lot, and parking lot <br />Also providing services for design investigation projects for the City. Responsibilities include coordination of the <br />design development with the Architect, Engineer, City staff, Community Groups and Contractors to identify the <br />initial concept and scope of work and begin preparation of the plans and specifications. <br />Design investigation projects include: <br />• Roof Replacement and Exterior Paint for City Hall, Community Center, Police Department, Fire Station <br />No. 6 (Engineers' Estimate TBD) — Preliminary improvement concepts include review of TPO or Acrylic <br />roof replacement systems, exterior color palate selection <br />• Sykes Ranch Park (Engineers' Estimate TBD) — Initial improvements concepts include a full size <br />windmill (per City of Murrieta logo) sidewalks, lighting, and landscaping <br />• California Oaks Sports Park (Engineers' Estimate TBD) — Initial concepts include new park lighting and <br />security cameras, seating <br />White Avenue Street Rehabilitation Project, City of Pomona, CA <br />Lead Construction Manager for this $2.4M ARRA funded, Caltrans administered, 1.5 mile roadway <br />improvement project. Responsibilities included Caltrans coordination, ARRA funding compliance and <br />supervision of construction management and construction inspection staff. This community sensitive project <br />included extensive construction scheduling coordination with the contractor and Pomona Fair Plex to provide <br />new asphalt pavement along all White Avenue entry points to the Pomona Fair Plex parking lots and <br />commons. <br />Jackson Avenue Bridge, City of Murrieta, CA <br />Construction Manager/Inspector during construction of the structural concrete support components of this 195' <br />cast -in -place arch -culvert structure, consisting of six 24' wide arch cells that extend over Warm Springs Creek <br />at the City of Murrieta's border with Temecula. This 12-month, $7.3M project connects Murrieta's Jackson <br />Avenue with Temecula's Ynez Road and replaced the existing "Arizona Crossing."
