<br />Mr. Ayala has over 28 years of experience inspecting public works
<br />infrastructure. This experience encompasses storm drains, minor
<br />structures, detention basins, earthwork and grading, pipelines, reservoirs,
<br />pump stations, wells, sidewalks, curb & gutter, structural concrete, traffic
<br />signal, street lighting, grind and overlay, slurry, welded steel reservoirs,

<br />Construction Manager/Senior Construction Inspector providing as -needed construction management and
<br />observation for a variety of land development and capital projects including street work, storm drain, medians,
<br />recreation, water pipeline, slope protection, manhole and minor structures, vaults, water and sewer
<br />connections, landscaping and irrigation projects. Duties include budget and schedule oversight, preparation of
<br />daily reports, photographic records, construction contract administration, contract compliance, review of

<br />installation of sewer, water and storm drains. Provides construction observation during the installation
<br />of sewer lines, HDPE pipes, catch basin filtration systems, storm drains and concrete placement
<br />(foundations, curbs and gutters). Verifies the lining and grading of all pipes, monitor backfill activities,
<br />and check materials for compliance to the plans and specifications.
<br />o Amazon Distribution Warehouse ($90M) — 1 M sq ft building that included the installation of
<br />over 3,500' of HDPE pipe with pipe diameter ranging from 18"to 38". Project also required
<br />inspections during the installation of storm tech isolators - which are underground
<br />stormwater detention chambers
<br />o Renaissance East Development ($50M) — Retail and Entertainment Center spanning
<br />250,000 sq ft and 60 acres
