<br />Mr. Lewis has over 27 years of construction, design and management Experience
<br />experience in the Public Works engineering industry. He has managed a 27 years
<br />variety of public works projects through design and construction phase for Education
<br />the Desert Water Authority in Southern California. Gordon's experience BS, Communications Management,
<br />includes wells, water pipelines, water storage tanks, boosters, DeVry University, Pomona
<br />transmission pipeline and distribution pipeline projects, domestic water, Registrations
<br />water reclamation treatment, storage, booster, and distribution piping, Nuclear Gauge Safety Certification
<br />surface water dams, diversion structures, small hydro -power, transmission Hazmat Certification
<br />piping, domestic roadway, streets and structures. His duties include Traffic Control Design/Flagger,
<br />performing design and managing design staff, providing budget and OSHA Confined Space, OSHA-10
<br />schedule management for project, overseeing and managing the project
<br />through construction phase and acceptance for relief from maintenance.
<br />He is familiar with project record keeping, documentation and is creative in finding engineering solutions for
<br />problems that come up on projects. Gordon has managed capital projects in excess of $55M including
<br />management of engineering and construction phases.

<br />Construction Inspector for this $600K water well adjacent to an existing well. Duties includes project
<br />documentation, site photos, coordination with CVWD staff and quality assurance for this 1,300'well.
<br />Various Development and CIP Projects, Coachella Valley Water District, Palm Desert, CA
<br />Construction Inspector providing as -needed construction observation for a variety of land development and
<br />CIP projects including pipeline, slope protection, manhole and minor structures, vaults, water and sewer
<br />connections.
<br />Arlington Desalter Connection Project, City of Corona, CA
<br />Resident Inspector for this $1 M desalter mixing station within a park. The project features include piping, new
<br />masonry structure to house mixing piping and controls, landscaping, lighting, irrigation, drainage, roadway
<br />improvements, sidewalk, curb and gutter. Duties include preparation of daily reports, photographic records,
<br />construction contract administration, contract compliance, review of submittals, quantity take offs, coordination
<br />with City Project Manager and Inspection Supervisor for this project.
<br />Cathedral City Cove Booster, Cathedral City, CA
<br />Construction Inspector for a project that consisted of an upgrade of a booster station and connecting pipeline
<br />for a residential community. The maximum pumping capacity was approximately 2,000 GPM. The booster tied
<br />into elevated storage and through a transmission pipeline. Duties included the oversight of site preparation,
<br />station construction, pump installation, connections to transmission piping, testing and disinfection. Additional
<br />project responsibilities included project documentation, administration of contract change orders and progress
<br />payments, coordination with City staff and public, as-builts and utility coordination.
<br />Araby Booster, Cathedral City, CA
<br />Construction Inspector for a booster station which was an upgrade of an existing booster. The maximum
<br />pumping capacity was approximately 1,500 GPM. The booster tied into a storage tank. Duties included the
<br />oversight of site preparation, station construction, pump installation, connections to transmission piping, testing
<br />and disinfection. Project responsibilities also included project documentation, administration of contract change
<br />orders and progress payments, coordination with City staff and public, as-builts and utility coordination.
<br />Bogert Trail/Andreas Hills Booster Station, Palm Springs, CA
<br />Project Engineer/Inspector for this booster and pipeline project. The maximum pumping capacity was
<br />approximately 4500 GPM. The station connected to elevated storage tanks in South Palm Canyon via
<br />transmission pipeline. The project included 7,500' of 12"mainline CMLC which connected the South Palm
<br />Canyon elevated storage tank to the Andreas Hills booster station. Duties as engineer and inspector were to
<br />ensure contractor compliance with plans and specs, coordinate with City officials, traffic control plan, testing
<br />and disinfection, and pavement replacement. Project responsibilities included project documentation,
<br />administration of contract change orders and progress payments, coordination with City staff and public, as-
<br />builts and utility coordination.
