His experience includes <br />management of staff and consultants, project management, construction <br />management and inspection, constructability review, value engineering, <br />construction documents and specifications, claim dispute resolution, <br />contract administration, community outreach, bidding assistance, project <br />controls, and scheduling review for both the public and private sectors. <br />Reuben's projects include federal, state, and privately funded projects <br />from small tenant improvements to large construction programs. His <br />vertical construction management experience consists of office buildings, <br />police stations, correctional facilities, fire stations, 911 call centers, city <br />hall renovations, community centers, airport facilities, theme parks, <br />retail developments, libraries, holding tanks, and residential projects. <br />Reuben has also provided these services for horizontal projects including <br />infrastructure, roadway construction, traffic signals, landscaping, <br />pavement rehabilitation, and spill containment projects. <br />Experience <br />On -Call Public Works Construction Management and Inspection <br />Services, City of Manhattan Beach, CA: Project Manager for <br />construction services and construction project inspection services for <br />the City's various CIP projects. Projects were mostly in the areas of <br />street, traffic signal and park design. Services include pre -construction, <br />construction and post -construction phase activities. <br />On -Call Construction Management and Inspection Services, City of <br />Irvine, CA: Project Manager providing construction management and <br />inspection services for various CIP projects citywide. These projects <br />included facility improvements at University Park Community Center, <br />Northwood Community Center, Lakeview Senior Center, and West Basin <br />Berm Repair. <br />On -Call Capital Improvement Projects, City of Long Beach, CA: <br />Project Manager for project/construction management and inspection of <br />various CIP projects citywide including projects with various roadway and <br />facilities improvements.
