He is very experienced in the oversight <br />of numerous operations on large project sites and has excellent <br />communication and documentation skills required for complex and <br />multiple discipline operations. <br />Experience <br />Community Center and Sports Park, City of Laguna Hills, CA: <br />Served as Lead Inspector for the $26 million sports park and community <br />center and was involved from ground breaking to completion. As the <br />point man and first line of contact, was responsible for all public relations <br />issues for the residents and business owners of Laguna Hills. This two- <br />phase project consisted of two lighted baseball fields, two soccer fields, <br />skateboard park, roller hockey ring, several theme areas, and a 60,000 <br />SF community center building. <br />Main Promenade Parking Structure Improvements, City of <br />Huntington Beach, CA: Construction Inspector responsible for the <br />oversight of the repairs and improvements to the existing parking <br />structure including concrete repairs, waterproofing, mechanical <br />improvements, painting, traffic markings, stair replacements and other <br />miscellaneous repairs. <br />Redondo Beach Pier Improvements, City of Redondo Beach, CA: <br />Construction Inspector for this project which included removing and <br />replacing the existing brick pavement surface and considering existing <br />and improved drainage features. Special consideration was given to <br />existing constraints such as stairs, entrance and access doorways and <br />other join elevations. <br />Metrolink Station, City of Buena Park, CA: Served as Construction <br />Inspector on this $9 million Metrolink Station which included a 680-foot <br />passenger platforms on each side of the track, passenger waiting <br />area canopies, security and station lighting, automated ticket vending <br />machines, restrooms, water and sewer service, a fire protection system, <br />landscaping, a 300-space parking lot, a large gazebo, and a passenger <br />overpass with towers and elevators. Conveniently situated between a Cal <br />State Fullerton housing complex and a new town house development, <br />the Buena Park station is part of a growing trend toward transit -oriented <br />development. <br />New City Hall, City of Corona, CA: Served as Construction Inspector <br />for this 150,000 SF multi -story, steel construction, City Hall that replaced <br />the existing facility and consolidated City staff in a single location. <br />Additionally, assisted the City in the resolution of existing claims with the <br />contractor based on prior construction management approach issues. <br />PSOMAS RFP No.19.118 - _ -I Ii City of Santa Ana <br />
