Scope <br />of Services and Schedule <br />Typical Project Work Plan <br />Presented herein is Willdan's typical project work plan for Construction Management and <br />Inspection/Public Works Observation. Upon request, Willdan can provide additional services for labor <br />compliance, grant funding administration, and material testing. Because our standard procedures already <br />incorporate Caltrans standards and manuals, our typical work plan is fully compliant with requirements <br />for federally funded projects without any adjustment to our normal construction management and <br />inspection processes. As presented in the previous section, Willdan will develop a work plan that is <br />specific to each project awarded. <br />Task 1 — Constructability Review <br />1. Conduct thorough review of soils report, construction plans, and specifications. <br />2. Provide thorough review of construction schedule and construction sequence necessary to complete <br />the improvements included in the construction contract. <br />3. Review documentation for compliance with stakeholder agencies' requirements for traffic control <br />plans, construction scheduling and sequencing, and permitting. <br />4. Review project quantities and bid items and review engineer's estimate of work. <br />5. Verify through design support consultation that each identified item of concern is interpreted properly. <br />6. Prepare a report of findings and outline recommendations to reconcile issues discovered and <br />generally to expedite the project. <br />Task 2 — Bidding Assistance <br />1. Assist the City with advertising the plans and specifications in local newspaper in compliance with <br />Public Contract Code Section 10140. <br />2. Coordinate with plan rooms to advertise the plans and specifications in their publications. <br />3. Maintain a list of Plan Holders. <br />4. Attend prebid site meeting. Prepare pre -bid meeting minutes and publish as an addendum. <br />5.
