These efforts increased the adoption of online permitting applications, <br />online class registration, and a facility reservation software and citizen request <br />management system. Also developed and placed articles to support outreach <br />efforts. <br />Water Conservation Public Outreach <br />VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT I SAN MARCOS, CA <br />Ms. Dow assists with ongoing, as -needed public education and outreach <br />activities including materials development, translation services, social media and <br />website/wiki development and general public relations and marketing efforts. <br />Water Utilities Department Communications Support <br />CITY OFOCEANSIDE I OCEANSIDE,CA <br />Ms. Dow worked with the team to develop a communications plan and <br />strategies for rebranding the Utilities Department and environmental programs, <br />which extends into assisting with rebranding and logo development for the <br />entire City. Developed the GreenOceanside mobile app and Myers Tait mobile <br />landing page to engage the public in a more modern and effective manner. <br />Assisted with improving the presentation of the City's Water Quality Report by <br />developing a community calendar and resource guides. Also currently provides <br />event management and public outreach services for pump station and pipeline <br />construction projects. <br />City of Carlsbad Communications <br />CITY OF CARLSBAD I CARLSBAD, CA <br />Ms. Dow supported the City communications director and multiple departments <br />with the development of outreach plans, message development, events <br />management, material development, and public and media relations. The <br />primary focus was on special projects such as incorporating digital tech/social <br />N V 5 media, and developing the communications plan to launch the City -supported <br />biotech incubator. <br />
