Information Services <br /> The term "Information Services" means Financial Information, Inc.'s "Daily <br /> Called Bond Service," 30 Montgomery Street, 10th Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 17302, <br /> Attention: Editor; Kenny Information Services' "Called Bond Service," 55 Broad Street, <br /> 28th Floor, New York, New York 10004; Moody's Investors Service's "Municipal and <br /> Government," 99 Church Street, 8th Floor, New York, New York 10007, Attention: <br /> Municipal News Reports; and Standard and Poor's Corporation's "Called Bond Record," 25 <br /> Broadway, 3rd Floor, New York, New York 10004; or, in accordance with then current <br /> guidelines of the Securities and Exchange Commission, to such other addresses and/or such <br /> other services providing information with respect to called bonds, or to such services as the <br /> Authority may designate in a Certificate of the Authority delivered to the Trustee. <br /> Interest Account <br /> The term "Interest Account" shall have the meaning given to such term in <br /> Section 5.03. <br /> Interest Payment Date <br /> The term "Interest Payment Date" means each January 1 and July 1, <br /> commencing January 1, 1995. <br /> Investment Agreement <br /> The term "Investment Agreement" means an investment agreement or <br /> guaranteed investment contract by and between the Trustee and a national or state chartered <br /> bank or savings and loan institution (including the Trustee) or other fmancial institution the <br /> long-term debt obligations of which are rated at the time of execution thereof "AA" or higher <br /> by Standard & Poor's Corporation and "Aa" or higher by Moody's Investors Service. Each <br /> Investment Agreement shall provide, among other matters, that the Trustee may immediately <br /> withdraw all funds or other collateral that are the subject thereof upon any downgrading of <br /> such ratings and that such agreement shall have been reviewed prior to the execution thereof <br /> by Standard & Poor's Corporation and Moody's Investors Service. Any such Investment <br /> Agreement must be approved in writing by the Bond Insurer. <br /> Lease <br /> The term "Lease" means the Lease, dated as of March 1, 1994, entered into <br /> between the Authority, as lessor, and the City, as lessee, as originally executed and as it may <br /> from time to time be amended or supplemented pursuant to the provisions hereof and thereof. <br /> 1A1-63221.5 10 • <br />
