Approve an appropriation adjustment to recognize $252,300 in Highway Safety Improvement <br />Program grant funds into the Federal Aid Safety Program, Federal Grant -Indirect revenue <br />account, and appropriate the same amount into the Public Services Street Safety Projects, <br />Improvements Other Than Building expenditure account. <br />2. Authorize reallocation of $62,482 in unspent Measure M2 Local Fairshare funds from the Bike <br />Lane Project Development Projects to the Euclid Street at Hazard Avenue Traffic Signal <br />Modification Project, to complete the project's funding requirement. <br />3. Award a construction contract to International Line Builders, Inc., the lowest responsive bidder, <br />in accordance with the base bid in the amount of $255,620, for the Euclid Street at Hazard <br />Avenue Traffic Signal Modification project, for the term beginning upon execution of the contract <br />and ending upon project completion, and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney. <br />4. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated construction delivery cost of $314,782, <br />which includes $255,620 for the construction contract; $33,600 for contract administration, <br />inspection and testing; and a $25,562 project contingency (10% of the construction contract <br />amount). <br />20D-1 <br />
