Amendment to Fiscal Year 2019-20 CIP: <br />Warner Avenue Storm Drain Improvements Phase 1 — Main to Oak Project <br />May 19, 2020 <br />Page 2 <br />project meets the requirement of this funding source and is identified as a high priority project in <br />SDMP. Additionally, the storm drain project is being conducted in coordination with the utility <br />undergrounding process with various utility companies and the Warner Improvements project, <br />which is ready for construction in the fall of 2020. The recommended budget allocation is <br />necessary to augment the current budget allocation in Drainage Area Fee funds of $250,000 for <br />the Warner Phase 1 Storm Drain Improvement Project in order to meet funding and coordination <br />requirements. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #6 - Community Facilities & <br />Infrastructure, Objective #1 (establish and Maintain a Community Investment Plan for All City <br />Assets), Strategy G (develop and Implement the City's Capital Improvement Program in <br />Coordination with the Community Investment and Deferred Maintenance Plans). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Approval of the requested amendment to the FY 2019-20 CIP to add $600,000 of unspent FY <br />2019-20 Federal Clean Water Protection Enterprise funds currently budgeted in the Federal Clean <br />Water Protection Enterprise Fund expenditure account (No. 05717640-66220).
