Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager to enter into <br />negotiations, execute agreements, and approve any other required actions <br />necessary with various service providers, contractors, and subrecipients, who <br />will implement the WIOA COVID-19 Response Funding Plan, subject to non- <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />20B. (Requires five affirmative votes). <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2020-175 - Recognizing $3,600,000 in grant <br />revenue from the State of California, record $400,000 in acquisition and development <br />funds from District 3 that was received in a previous year and appropriate $4,000,000 <br />into the corresponding expenditure accounts (Parks, Recreation, and Community <br />Services Agency Capital Grant Fund and Acquisition & Development Fund-District 3) <br />for the construction of a new park at Standard Avenue and McFadden Avenue. <br /> <br />2.
