Policies and Procedures: <br />Subrecipient shall monitor its program for compliance with the provisions of this Contract. <br />Subrecipient shall also comply with all applicable parts of County's WIOA Policies and <br />Procedures for recruitment, intake, assessment and referral, copies of which are available from <br />County's Project Manager. <br />52. Sweat -free Code of Conduct: <br />All Subrecipients contracting for the procurement or laundering of apparel, garments or <br />corresponding accessories, or the procurement of equipment, materials, or supplies, other than <br />procurement related to a public works contract, declare under penalty of perjury that no apparel, <br />garments or corresponding accessories, equipment, or supplies have been furnished to the <br />Subrecipient from sources that include sweatshop labor, forced labor, convict labor, indentured <br />labor under penal sanction, abusive forms of child labor or exploitation of children in sweatshop <br />labor. The Subrecipient further declares under penalty of perjury that they adhere to the Sweat - <br />free Code of Conduct as set forth on the California Department of Industrial Relations website <br />located at www.dir.ca.gov, and Public Contract Code Section 6108. <br />The Subrecipient agrees to cooperate fully in providing reasonable access to the Subrecipient's <br />records, documents, agents or employees, or premises if reasonably required by authorized <br />officials of the State or County, the Department of Industrial Relations, or the Department of <br />Justice to determine the Subrecipient's compliance with the requirements under Paragraph A of <br />the Sweat -free Code of Conduct. <br />53. Corporate Status: <br />All corporate Subrecipients shall be registered with the California Secretary of State and shall be <br />in good standing, without suspension by the California Secretary of State, Franchise Tax Board, <br />or Internal Revenue service. Any change in corporate status or suspension shall be reported by <br />Subrecipient immediately in writing to County's Project Manager. <br />54. Equipment: <br />All computer -related and electronic equipment purchased with funds provided under this <br />Contract or which are furnished to Subrecipient by County shall be considered Equipment. This <br />includes, but is not limited to laptops, desktop computers, iPads, cell phones, PDAs, cameras, <br />and DVD players. Title to all items of Equipment purchased vests and will remain in County, <br />and as such shall be designated by County's Project Manager. The use of such items of <br />Equipment is limited to the performance of this Contract. Upon the termination of this Contract, <br />Subrecipient shall immediately return any items of Equipment to County or its representatives or <br />dispose of them in accordance with the directions of County's Project Manager. <br />Subrecipient further agrees to the following: <br />A. To maintain all items of Equipment in good working order and condition, except for normal <br />wear and tear. <br />B. To label all items of Equipment, do periodic inventories as required by County's Project <br />Manager and to maintain an inventory list showing where and how the Equipment is being <br />used, in accordance with procedures developed by County's Project Manager.
