Long-term planning that addresses wildfire, land use for disadvantaged communities, and flood and local hazard miti ation. 12/9/19 The City was awarded grant funds from FEMA to prepare a Hazard Mitigation Plan. A consultant contract was approved by City Council on 5/5/20. Community engagement that provides information and consultation through a variety of methods such as meetings, workshops, and surveys and that focuses on vulnerable populations (e.g., seniors, __people with disabilities, homeless, etc.).
