AWARD A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO ALL AMERICAN ASPHALT IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF $1,984,588 FOR THE LOCAL STREET PREVENTATIVE <br />MAINTENANCE FISCAL YEAR 2019-20 PROJECT WITH AN ESTIMATED <br />TOTAL CONSTRUCTION DELIVERY COST OF $2,775,000 (PROJECT NO. 20- <br />6907) (NON -GENERAL FUND) - Public Works Agency <br />1. Award a construction contract to All American Asphalt, the lowest responsible <br />bidder, in accordance with the base bid in the amount of $1,984,588, for <br />construction of the Local Street Preventative Maintenance Fiscal Year 2019- <br />20 Project, for the term beginning upon execution of the contract and ending <br />upon project completion, and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br />contract subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager <br />and the City Attorney. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for total estimated construction delivery <br />cost of $2,775,000, which includes $1,984,588 for the construction contract, <br />$298,000 for contract administration, inspection and testing, and a $492,412 <br />project contingency (approximately 25% of the construction contract amount), <br />paid with Measure M2 Local Fairshare funding. <br />AGREEMENTS <br />25A.
