We cannot continue to have more hike in <br />fees, sales tax, and other bonds that are becoming a burden to the resident. <br /> <br />We cannot afford to approve a raise for police. There needs to be an audit conducted. All those officers that <br />are a high risk to the city (lawsuits etc) need to be held accountable and prevent them from continuing to <br />participate in officer activities. The Police Association needs to have accountability and transparency. <br />There are also needs to be a compensation expert to audit what positions are actually needed in the City and <br />create a matrix that would assist in becoming more efficient. Hiring and hiring more employees does not a <br />problem. <br /> <br />Last but not least- I think City Council needs to be display courtesy with the residents that voice their opinions. <br />It is unprofessional to cut people off just because you disagree with their comments.
