Frank Perez, Senior Associate -Mr. Frank Perez joined MDG Associates, Inc. in 2011 and currently <br />serves as a senior associate on the Housing and Community Development team. With more than nine <br />(9) years of experience in the planning and implementation of federal grants including those offered by <br />the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development — Office of Community Planning and <br />Development (CPD), Mr. Perez assists municipalities with all aspects of Community Development Block <br />Grant (CDBG) administration and implementation. <br />Mr. Perez focuses on the day-to-day aspects of CPD program administration and compliance, including <br />Consolidated Plan and Action Plan development and implementation, Integrated Disbursement and <br />Information System (IDIS) functionality and management, labor standards enforcement, subrecipient <br />management, monitoring, and capacity building, compliance with federal reporting requirements <br />including the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), and all other aspects <br />of program administration, implementation and compliance. <br />The resumes of the staff members are included in the Resumes of Key Personnel section of this <br />document. <br />
