SECTION IV. PROJECT TEAM INFORMATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL CHART <br />PROJECTTEAM INFORMATION <br />As mentioned in the prior <br />Munoz, President; Mr. C <br />Director; and Frank Perez, <br />section, the members of the proposed consulting group include Mr. Rudy <br />int Whited, Vice -President of Grants Management; Mr. Chris Andrews, <br />Senior Associate. <br />PROJECTTEAM RESPONSIBILITIES: <br />Rudy Munoz, President Will be the main contact person for the City on all aspects of the <br />contract and the lead consultant. <br />Clint Whited, Vice President Will be the Project Manager for the HOME program monitoring and <br />of Grants Management on -call technical assistance services. In addition, he will be assisting <br />Mr. Andrews with the ESG program monitoring. <br />Chris Andrews, Will be the Project Manager for the CDBG, ESG and WIOA <br />Director programs monitoring and on -call technical assistance for all <br />mentioned programs. In addition, he will assist Mr. Whited with the <br />HOME monitoring and on -call technical assistance services. <br />Frank Perez, Will be assisting Mr. Andrews with the CDBG and WIOA <br />SeniorAssociate programs monitoring services and on -call technical assistance <br />services. <br />Note: Other staff member may assist on as needed basis. <br />
