There were no other speakers and the Public Hearing was closed at 6:01 p.m. <br /> <br />In response to the written comment that was submitted, the Commission clarified that this <br />carwash is not “new” and will benefit the community. <br /> <br />MOTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2020-05. ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2019-05 – Ricardo Soto, Case Planner. <br /> <br />Matter was continued from the January 27, 2020 meeting. <br /> <br />LOCATION: Citywide <br /> <br />REQUEST: The City is requesting adoption of Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2019 -05 <br />to amend provisions of Chapter 41 (Zoning) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code (SAMC) <br />relating to accessory dwelling units (ADU). <br /> <br />Case Planner Soto provided a staff presentation.
