REVIEW OF THE PROPOSED BOWERY PROJECT LOCATED AT 2300 SOUTH RED <br />HILL AVENUE <br /> <br />Case Planners Pezeshkpour and Guevara provided a presentation which included a project <br />description and required actions needed to approve the project. <br /> <br />The applicant provided a presentation which included information on the site plan, vehicular <br />circulation, amenities, and design. <br /> <br />Commission expressed concern with parking. The applicant indicated that the project will <br />meet the City’s parking standard of two spaces per unit by providing valet service in addition <br />to residential and commercial parking stalls. Commission expressed the desire for the <br />project to provide two spaces per unit, not including the valet service. The Commission als o <br />requested the Parking Management Plan be submitted to them for review. Commission <br />inquired about unit-type, tenant-type, rental rates, and in-lieu fees. <br /> <br /> <br />6. UPDATE ON PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED PROJECTS <br /> <br />Case Planners Pezeshkpour pr ovided a status update on previously reviewed projects, <br />including: <br /> <br /> West Fifth Street Villas <br /> Starbucks <br /> Legacy Square <br /> English Street Homes <br /> Rocket Express Carwash <br /> Raising Canes
