EXHIBIT A <br />NW Systems Consulting, <br />Mr. Ethan Fisher <br />Zoo Manager, Santa Ana Zoo <br />City of Santa Ana <br />1801 E Chestnut Ave. <br />Santa Ana, CA. 92701 <br />Dear Ethan: <br />Inc. <br />June 17, 2020 <br />Thank you for the opportunity to meet with you and your staff yesterday to <br />discuss your needs to have time -based ticketing for the Santa Ana Zoo as you plan <br />for your reopening due to the Covid-19 pandemic. <br />This proposal will identify AEF Systems Consulting, Inc.'s (AEF) role in providing <br />consulting services to the Santa Ana Zoo at the City of Santa Ana (SAZOO) to <br />assist SAZOO staff in utilizing the CivicRec software for your ticketing needs. This <br />proposal describes our approach to conducting this project for the City. <br />Scope and Approach <br />The Santa Ana Zoo has been closed to the public since mid -March due to the <br />Covid-19 pandemic. California recently announced they are moving to Stage 3 re - <br />openings and that includes re -opening zoos. To do this, SAZOO plans on requiring <br />the public to purchase tickets in advance for a given day and time slot. It is <br />anticipated that the Santa Ana Zoo would reopen late July or early August. <br />To support this project, AEF would conduct the following activities: <br />1. Interview Ethan, Lauren and Mary to identify the key features required to <br />take online tickets (initial interview has already occurred). Some key items <br />already identified include the following: <br />a. Purchase tickets online with or without an account. <br />b. Select a day and a time. <br />c. Restrict the number of tickets that can be purchased for any timeslot. <br />d. Purchase multiple tickets at one time. <br />e. Take an additional donation. <br />f. Determine handling for Santa Ana resident free days. <br />g. Provide a discount code for members. <br />h. Purchase a membership at the same time. <br />i. Link to the new turnstile installed. <br />
