Research other similar sites (e.g., Zoo, museum, gardens, etc.) that are using <br />CivicRec. <br />3. Check with CivicRec on ways other sites are planning on utilizing their <br />ticketing software. <br />4. Set up ticketing on the City of Santa Ands test site, making <br />recommendations to management on items to change that would make the <br />process easier to implement for the public and staff. <br />5. Review set-up with staff to gain their input on the overall functionality and <br />design. <br />6. Make any changes desired and review with staff again. This may occur <br />multiple times until the desired design is achieved. <br />7. Train staff to work with the new software. <br />8. Assist in developing instructions for the public, including providing <br />appropriate text to include on the SAZOO website. <br />9. Rollout the new system. <br />Staffing, Timing and Professional Fees <br />At this time, I anticipate being the primary staff on this project and would act as <br />the lead consultant working with SAZOO staff on the implementation project. <br />These activities are expected to start mid -June. AEF estimates this project will <br />require 70 hours at $175 per hour for a total professional fee of $12,250.
