TIME FOR COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The undersigned bidder hereby proposes to complete the Work for the total base bid amount shown above within 165 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. The first 105 working days of which is for construction, and the last 60 working days for the landscaping and irrigation maintenance period. The project commencement date shall start on July 1, 2020. The liquidated damages amount, in lieu of the amount specified in Subsection 6-9 of the Standard Specifications, shall be $2,285 per calendar day.
