a. Handle design, writing, production and distribution of a Digital Toolkit featuring <br />preparedness tips. Content will be based on national preparedness messaging that is <br />customized to Orange County. Content may be created as necessary where messaging <br />gaps are identified. <br />b. Create an online repository of resources for partners to access. <br />c. Distribute electronically to OC cities, jurisdictions, and community partners to share. <br />Responsibilities: <br />WBC shall: <br />a. Develop all materials and seek approval from the Santa Ana Project Manager <br />b. Partner with local organizations to combine content when able <br />c. Distribute electronically to identified partners <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Approve materials and support electronic distribution as needed <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon the completion of the support period and when the <br />Santa Ana Project Manager signs the task completion letter. Completion is planned to occur by <br />June 2021. <br />TASK 9: PARTNERING <br />Objective: <br />ReadyOC maintained a Corporate Advisory Council (CAC) that provided opportunities for <br />companies to share in delivering preparedness messaging to key audiences within Orange <br />County. We will continue these efforts but with a clear focus on several key partnerships. At <br />the point of crafting this SOW, two opportunities that warrant development are with Wahoo's <br />Fish Tacos and Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA). <br />Task Description: <br />See sub -tasks for specifics. <br />Responsibilities: <br />See sub -tasks for specifics. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete when all budgeted sub -tasks have been completed in their <br />respective entirety. <br />TASK 9-A: PARTNERING (JULY— DEC 2020) <br />Objective: <br />Establish cooperative relationships with key partners to share in the benefits of communicating <br />messaging about preparedness. At the time of this written SOW, opportunities exist with <br />Wahoo's Fish Tacos to leverage their 16 locations spread out across Orange County. <br />Meanwhile, OCTA has been an effective County -based partner and we will continue pursuing <br />20 <br />
