Completion Criteria: This task is considered complete when all budgeted sub -tasks have been completed in their respective entirety. TASK 2-A: SOCIAL MEDIA OUTREACH (JULY — SEPT 2020) Objective: Update, manage and maintain campaign social media channels, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube, 24/7 through the contract term. Content will be repurposed from the national campaign and customized to Orange County when able and created as needed. Task Description: Handle all aspects of social media community management by posting updates, engaging with users, and optimizing frequently. Social media will be managed and in accordance with S4 approved processes and protocols. Social Media Content— share and create engaging photo, video and relevant preparedness content via social media channels. Efforts will be made to reuse national campaign elements and customize them to Orange County when able. Social Media Management Platform — use of a social media management platform to allow for efficient posting of content, community management, and reporting. Responsibilities: WBC shall: a. Approve social media plans Completion Criteria: This task is considered complete upon the completion of the support period and when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the task completion letter.
