Completion Criteria: This task is considered complete upon the completion of the support period and when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the task completion letter. Completion is planned by September 2020. TASK 4-13: MOBILE APP MIGRATION AND PROMOTION (OCT — DEC 2020) Objective: Integrate the S4 mobile app into the ReadyOC app. Discuss what features need to be kept, and what is able to be removed as times have changed and today's needs have evolved from when the app was created. Task Description: Handle all aspects of app development and management in accordance with S4 approved processes and protocols. e. App Content and Functionality — review what content should stay and what should be removed when integrated into the ReadyOC app. Continuation of migration efforts from task 4-A App Management — coordinate and maintain third party development and hosting service for the ReadyOC app (now encompassing the KeepOCSafe app) App Closure — oversee the process of closing the existing KeepOCSafe app and removing it from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Promotion — Promote downloads of the updated ReadyOC app and create messaging explaining the new functionality of the S4 features Responsibilities: WBC shall: b. Keep mobile app content and user experience up to date, and seek approval from the Santa Ana Project Manager as needed Santa Ana shall: a.
