Completion is planned by the end <br />of March 2021. <br />TASK 2-D: WEBSITE OUTREACH AND MAINTENANCE (APRIL — JUNE 2021) <br />Objective: <br />Update, manage, host and maintain the ReadyOC.org website and provide recommendations <br />for updates to improve the user experience and functionality. <br />Task Description: <br />Handle all aspects of website and social media updates, optimization, hosting, maintenance, <br />and management needs in accordance with ROC approved processes and protocols. <br />a. Web Hosting Service — coordinate and maintain third party hosting service for website <br />on annual basis with service provider <br />b. Interactive Web Elements — update sliders on web homepage each month with three to <br />four new focus area updates (linking to photos, videos, and articles) <br />c.
