TASK 3: SOCIAL MEDIA OUTREACH <br />Objective: <br />Given the threats of earthquakes, wildfires and extreme weather on Orange County, <br />ReadyOC's social media channels serve as a vital and swift means of reaching large <br />segments of the County's residents. Therefore, through his task we will update, manage and <br />maintain campaign social media channels, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, 24/7 <br />through the contract term. Content will be repurposed from the national campaign and <br />customized to Orange County when able and created as needed. <br />Task Description: <br />See sub -tasks for specifics. <br />Responsibilities: <br />See sub -tasks for specifics. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete when all budgeted sub -tasks have been completed in their <br />respective entirety. <br />TASK 3-A: SOCIAL MEDIA OUTREACH (JULY— SEPT 2020) <br />Objective: <br />Update, manage and maintain campaign social media channels, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram <br />and YouTube, 24/7 through the contract term. Content will be repurposed from the national <br />campaign and customized to Orange County when able and created as needed. <br />Task Description: <br />Handle all aspects of social media community management by posting updates, engaging with <br />users, and optimizing frequently. Social media will be managed and in accordance with ROC <br />approved processes and protocols. <br />a. Social Media Content — share and create engaging photo, video and relevant <br />preparedness content via social media channels. Efforts will be made to reuse national <br />campaign elements and customize them to Orange County when able. <br />b. Social Media Management Platform — use of a social media management platform to <br />allow for efficient posting of content, community management, and reporting. <br />Responsibilities: <br />WBC shall: <br />a.
