2020-21 Orange County Children`s Therapeutic Arts Center <br />Youth Employment Program - WIOA Proposal <br />classes <br />credential. <br />$50 for obtaining <br />secondary school <br />credential. <br />$25 for <br />$50 for <br />$50 for every quarter <br />Employment <br />scheduling and <br />obtaining <br />they are employed as <br />attending <br />employment. <br />funds allow <br />Interview. <br />Work related <br />Portfolios, <br />clothing and <br />professional <br />tools <br />attire. <br />E. How often will the youth be engaged or receive service during the follow-up period. — <br />AII Youth will be asked to keep in contact with the WIOA team, and meet regularly with <br />the case managers and the educational/career counselors during the entire follow-up <br />period, especially during the V quarter. After the first quarter, participants will be asked <br />to contact and speak with the case managers and counselors on a quarterly basis. <br />However, youth are encouraged to engage as frequently as possible with the WIOA staff! <br />Depending on the youth's needs, they are able to meet with any WIOA Staff as often as <br />needed. In addition, all youth are given the opportunity to take any credential programs <br />offered at our agency, Life Skills classes, counseling and any workshops/trainings offered <br />during any of their follow up periods. This will provide our youth the opportunity to <br />continue to be engaged in our center, on a weekly basis. <br />1S.WIOA Performance Indicators <br />A.
