Approve an Appropriation Adjustment recognizing $189,010 from prior year fund balance in <br />the Sanitary Sewer Capital Fund, and appropriating the same amount to the Capital Recovery <br />Charges, Improvements Other Than Buildings expenditure account. <br />3. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated construction delivery cost of <br />$1,749,010, which includes $1,399,208 for the construction contract, $209,802 for contract <br />administration, inspection and testing, and a $140,000 project contingency. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Public Work staff monitors the condition of sewer main pipelines by assessing critical factors such <br />as history of breaks, pipe size, alignment, location, and system redundancy to determine <br />replacement priorities. The existing sewer main pipes located on 2nd Street, 5th Street, Bush Street, <br />and Townsend Street, have deteriorated, lack capacity, and have been identified for priority <br />replacement (Exhibit 1). <br />20D-1 <br />
