Award Construction Contract to All American Asphalt <br />Residential Street Repair Program Fiscal Year 2019-2020 <br />July 7, 2020 <br />Page 3 <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the recommended actions are exempt <br />from further review.
