Prior to ordering of equipment and fixtures, firm is to verify fixture quantities, types and <br />installation needs, including specifying equipment that complies with existing electrical <br />service. Final project invoice price will be based upon the quantity of each fixture type installed <br />multiplied by the unit price for that fixture. <br />Prior to ordering of lighting fixtures, firm is to verify proposed are listed in the Design Lights <br />Consortium (DLC). Firm is to propose a valid replacement for fixtures that are not DLC <br />certified. <br />The successful firm is required to register with Southern California Edison as a Trade <br />Professional (Trade Pro). Please note that firm will NOT be <br />required to produce a Project Feasibility Study or Energy Efficiency Project Influence Job Aid. <br />City Responsibilities: <br />The City will make available of any other material related to the exterior lighting retrofit of the <br />SARTC facility. <br />Special Requirements (Appendix. The firms are required to inform themselves fully <br />of the conditions relating to labor under which the work will be performed.
