CLEAR BLUE
ENERGY CORP
Our management team comes with decades of experience in growing and running large companies. We also have
a background in HVAC, ESCO services, technology services, and the contract manufacturing fields.
The Clear Blue Model - Instantly Scalable Capacity
Typically, the only services we do not provide in house are when additional labor sources are needed.
Management of in-house labor is a critical component of our business and cannot be taken lightly. We pride
ourselves in consistently hiring more qualified in-house electricians and technicians.
However, often we supplement this labor pool with preferred subcontractor partners to ensure we meet project
deadlines. When these partners are utilized, one VERY important fact is we always maintain our own direct
employee Proiect Foreman and Proiect Manager during proiect implementation of all times.
Clear Blue Energy is always directly overseeing and controlling project implementation. We find this is critical for
quality assurance and control and for delivering timely and successful projects.
The following page contains our 6 key components of this communication:
Effective Listening and Understanding of the Customer's Needs and Primary Business Driver of the Project
First and foremost, if we understand the purpose of the project —whether it be to increase light levels and safety,
to save energy, or to improve site aesthetics — then we can better aid in consulting with our customers in
developing the proper scope to achieve the desired result. The absence of assumption leads to mutual
understanding and agreement.
Scope, Budget, Solution
When it comes to lighting projects, often there are hundreds, if not thousands, of line items to be audited. There
are also a seemingly limitless number of products, companies, and solutions available — all with a differing range
of costs associated. Understanding the exact requirements of our customers from day one allows us to cater each
solution to each unique customer and application -whether it be areas to include or exclude, or different solutions
throughout your campus or building. We understand that one size does not fit all and will customize our solution
exactly to your requirements.
Project Timeline
Performing lighting retrofits can be a very intrusive endeavor. For most projects, our auditors and installers will
enter every area affected by the project scope. We understand that business must be hindered as little as
possible. We will ensure site staff are always up to date on product lead times and deliveries, estimated start
dates, and installation progress. With this day to day scheduling, all members of the project staff are able to plan
accordingly and prevent implementation delays.
Daily Installation Reports
Throughout installation, we provide daily reports of areas accessed and work performed. We also identify any
site issues or problems right away so that they may be addressed and solved quickly. These reports also build
confidence that we are reaching project deadlines.
