CLEARBLUE <br />ENERGY CORP <br />Project Close Out <br />When we leave the job site on the final day, we wish to ensure all items have been addressed and you, our <br />customer, is satisfied that all project requirements have been met. Our project management team will walk all <br />areas of the site and correct any outstanding issues observed. <br />Ongoing Warranty Support <br />The majority of LED products carry a 5-year or 10-year warranty for all our projects. We also include an industry <br />standard 1-year workmanship guarantee. During the first year, any issues on site will be fully handled by Clear <br />Blue with no added cost. However, we also understand that it can often be difficult to work with suppliers when <br />issues arise. For that reason, we will continue to aid you in the warranty process even after the first year expires. <br />KEY PERSONNEL <br />The CBEC Project Team is a diverse group of specialists who combine to provide a high level of professionalism <br />and coordination. <br />Project Manager and Lead Safety Manager —Sergio Garcia, Clear Blue Energy's Director of Project Management, <br />will be the primary member of our project team. As Director of Property Management, Sergio oversees our entire <br />Project Management Team on a from a national scale. This level of expertise that he provides speaks volumes to <br />the care and attention he will give your district. He is also tasked with ensuring adherence to all necessary safety <br />and OSHA regulations <br />Sergio comes with experience working on projects across all markets including: the federal government, military, <br />public works, GSA, retail, industrial, and hospitality. <br />Project Manager—Jafeth Gonzalez is currently scheduled to be the project manager for thi .project and will attend <br />all customer meetings with our Project Supervisor. Jafeth is based out of Los Angeles an as 1B yearss )thin the <br />lighting industry. He has worked with many school districts throughout the state as well as dire or large ESCO's <br />as a subcontractor. <br />Jafeth brings with him experience working with large volume of retail <br />businesses, school districts, City Public Works, Federal GSA (high security), <br />military bases, manufacturing facilities, office buildings, and many more. <br />Jafeth is currently NRLT certified, OSHA 30 certified, and certified CPR. <br />As Project Manager with Clear Blue Energy Corp., Jafeth will work with all <br />project stake holders ensuring projects stay on time, under budget and <br />expectations are met. He will attend project meetings and ensure district <br />staff always know the exact status of the project. <br />Project Supervisor — Mario Casas has worked in the lighting project and service industry for overhyears after <br />starting as a service technician. He later transitioned to Sylvania Lighting Services before his tenure here at Clear <br />Blue Energy. His work experience has ranged from both service and project technician, service and project <br />coordinator, lighting auditor, project foreman as well as a designated onsite quality control and consultant. <br />Over the years he has enjoyed working with national customers like AT&T, United Rentals, CVS, PetSmart, <br />Safeway, Irvine Company, Western Digital, Hewlett Packard and Siemens. He has also proudly worked at <br />numerous military and government installations. <br />7 <br />
