Our regional <br />shopping centers create a sense of place in the key markets throughout the country, encompassing <br />170+ locations across 43 states and representing over 146 million square feet of leasable space. <br />Ongoing work size: $4,000,000 - $5,000,000 <br />Project Scope: Most projects consist of site area lighting and building mounted floods and uplights <br />Investment Grade Audit: We will either execute an audit or the information is provided to us to bid from <br />Performance Guarantee: There was no performance guarantee associated with this project <br />Customer Reference: These are ongoing projects that are brought to us and we bid on them through Brookfield and the point of <br />contact is Josh Burrows who can be reached by email at ioshua.burrowsPbrookfieldprooertiesretail.com <br />Subcontractor: We will identify and subcontract the work to a local licensed electrician <br />City of Temple Texas <br />City Description: Temple uniquely offers the best aspects of two worlds: the <br />conveniences of big -city dwelling with the atmosphere of a small town.
