FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />WITH MK PRINTING <br />TO PROVIDE OFFSET PRINTING SERVICES <br />This First Amendment to Agreement ("First Amendment') with Mekong Printing Inc., dba <br />MK Printing, is made and entered into this 18" day of August, 2020, by and between the City of <br />Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City") and MK Printing, Inc. ("Consultant') or, <br />collectively "the Parties". <br />RECITALS <br />A. On June 4, 2019, the City and the Consultant entered into the above referenced Agreement <br />(#A-2019-083) hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement', to provide printing and packaging <br />services for the City. <br />B. The Parties wish to amend said Agreement to increase the compensation due to an <br />increased need for printing orders. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises <br />hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as <br />hereby amended, the Parties do hereby agree as follows: <br />1. Pursuant to Section 2 "COMPENSATION", the annual amount of payment for such <br />printing services as described in Exhibit A shall be increased from $80,000 to $115,000 for the first <br />and third year of the initial term of the Agreement. The second year of the Agreement shall be <br />increased from $80,000 to $155,000. The annual amount for the extension periods, if exercised, shall <br />be increased from $80,000 to $115,000. The total increase in compensation, including any extension <br />periods, shall not exceed $215,000. The total amount to be expended during the term of said <br />Agreement, including any extension periods, shall not exceed $615,000. <br />2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain <br />unchanged and in full force and effect. <br />(Signature Page Follows) <br />25H-3 <br />
