Beyond retail operations, the major source of induced employment and economic output <br />is the household consumption of residents in the Project. <br />AECOM assumed the Project's 80,000 SF of retail could support approximately 304 employees at structural <br />occupancy (250 SF/employee). The area's median household income of approximately $72,000 was assumed for <br />976 households (95% occupancy of the up to 1,150 units). <br />75C-651 <br />
