Approve a sole source purchase order to the National Fitness Campaign, LLC <br />(NFC) for NFC Fitness Courts at El Salvador Park and Cabrillo Park for an <br />amount not to exceed $218,130 to be funded by the Cannabis Public Benefit <br />Fund, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and <br />City Attorney. <br /> <br />2.
