Authorize the City Manager to execute a grant agreement (SVBT-026) accepting <br />grant funds from the California State Library for the Knowledge Mobile “Know- <br />Mo”: Bringing Mobile Library Services Back to Santa Ana Program in the <br />amount of $80,000, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2020-XXX). <br /> <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
