Authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with <br />the Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD) to work collaboratively to issue a <br />Student Success Library Card to all students within SAUSD and develop <br />programming and activities that the bookmobile will conduct at schools for a <br />period of five (5) years, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2020-XXX). <br /> <br />4. Authorize the City Manager and her designee, the Library Services Executive <br />Director, to sign any required documents as they relate to the Memorandum of <br />Understanding between the City of Santa Ana and SAUSD to implement the <br />Student Success Library Card Program along with a collaboration that delivers <br />quality bookmobile services to local schools. <br /> <br /> <br />20B. APPROVE AN APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT AND AGREEMENT <br />ACCEPTING $22,950 IN STATE OF CALIFORNIA, BOARD OF STATE AND <br />COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS MENTAL HEALTH TRAINING GRANT (NON- <br />GENERAL FUND) – Police Department <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: <br /> <br />1. Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative votes). <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2021-012 - Accepting $22,950 in the Police <br />Special Revenue - General account and appropriate same in the Police Special Revenue <br />- General account. <br /> <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and to execute an agreement (BSCC-0180-18-MH) <br />with the State of California Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC), <br />for the period of May 1, 2019 through September 30, 2021, in an amount not to <br />exceed $22,950, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2020-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />20C.
