Expressed support of opinions from all school <br />districts, however, city staff, in particular Executive Director of Parks, Recreation, <br />and Community Agency Lisa Rudloff, have given a lot of thought of how the city <br />should expend these monies and the city has an obligation and role to deliver youth <br />services.
