20C. AWARD A PURCHASE ORDER TO NATIONAL AUTO FLEET GROUP IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $236,215 FOR FIVE CHEVROLET TAHOE 4X2 PPV POLICE <br />VEHICLES (SPEC. NO. 19-135), APPROVE A CONTRACT AMENDMENT <br />WITH LEHR AUTO ELECTRIC IN THE AMOUNT OF $75,000, AND APPROVE <br />AN APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT RECOGNIZING $202,647 IN EQUITABLE <br />SHARING FUNDS FROM THE FEDERAL DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY <br />(NON -GENERAL FUND) - Public Works and Police Department <br />1. Authorize a one-time purchase and payment of purchase order to National <br />Fleet Group for five Chevrolet Tahoe police vehicles for the Santa Ana Police <br />Department for a total amount not to exceed $236,215, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />Amend the contract with Stommel Inc. dba Lehr Auto Electric to increase the <br />contract amount by $75,000, for police vehicle conversion equipment and <br />installation services, for a new not to exceed amount of $1,075,000, subject to <br />non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />3. Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative votes). <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2020-198 - Recognizing $202,647 in <br />Equitable Sharing — Treasury revenue account and appropriate same to <br />Equitable Sharing expenditure account. <br />Motion to Approve: <br />1.
