Affirm the subrecipient agreement executed by the City Manager from the <br />County of Orange for Coronavirus Relief Funds for economic support to be <br />provided by the City to small businesses during the period of March 1, 2020 <br />through December 30, 2020 in an amount not to exceed $904,200. <br /> <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative votes). <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2021-005 - Recognizing CARES Act <br />Coronavirus Relief Funds from the County of Orange for economic support to <br />small businesses in connection with the COVID-19 public health emergency <br />in the amount of $904,200 in revenue account and appropriating the same <br />amount to expenditure account. <br /> <br />3. Affirm the subrecipient agreement executed by the City Manager from the <br />County of Orange for Coronavirus Relief Funds for COVID-19 eligible <br />expenditures during the period of March 1, 2020 through December 30, 2020 <br />in an amount not to exceed $2,936,473. <br /> <br />4. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
