The Contractor shall utilize only trained, competent employees in the performance of <br />this contract. At the request of the City, the Contractor shall remove from assignment <br />to this contract any incompetent, abusive, ordisorderly employee whether supervisory <br />or non -supervisory. <br />d. Any person assigned to this contract found to be in possession of and/or under the <br />influence of intoxicants or narcotics shall be removed from assignment to this contract. <br />This person may be subject to arrest and criminal prosecution. <br />e. Personnel employed by the Contractor shall be screened and are not to perform <br />services under the contract without prior approval from the Contract Representatives. <br />All employees' performing services must undergo a criminal background investigation <br />by the Santa Ana Police Department prior to service under this contract. <br />f. Contractor shall also provide adequate, competent support staff that shall be able to <br />service the City during normal working hours, Monday through Friday. Such <br />representative(s) shall be knowledgeable about the contract, products offered and <br />able to identify and resolve quickly any issues including but not limited to order and <br />invoicing problems. <br />g. Contractor account manager shall be familiar with City requirements and standards <br />and work with the Project Manager and/or his/her designee to ensure that established <br />standards are adhered to. <br />h. Contractor account manager shall keep the City Project Manager informed of requests <br />from departments as required. <br />Vill. EQUIPMENT <br />a. The Contractor's vehicles and equipment shall be neat in appearance and easily <br />identified. Identification of the contractor's vehicles shall consist of, at minimum, <br />company name, local telephone number, and contract services provided by City of <br />Santa Ana in print no less than eight (8) inchestall. <br />b. The Contractor shall maintain its vehicles and equipment in safe and mechanically <br />sound condition. <br />c. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, vehicles, supplies, and equipment <br />necessary to perform services. <br />Graffiti Removal Services Page 13 <br />
