The Base Unit, either with or without optional <br />Accessories and/or software. <br />Equipment Downtime <br />The period of time that a Device is waiting for Service to be completed. <br />Equipment Payment <br />The Equipment portion of the payment, less any Service, Supplies, and <br />maintenance. <br />An agreed upon transaction between the Purchasing Entity and Contractor, <br />Equipment Trade In <br />in which Contractor takes ownership of Purchasing Entity's owned Device, <br />often for a discounted amount. <br />A replacement of the Purchasing Entity's existing lease or rental Equipment, <br />Equipment Upgrade or <br />with a different piece of Equipment, of either greater or lesser value.
