iv) Overhead Projectors; and <br />v) Cameras. <br />b) NSP items may only be acquired through the Contractor or their Authorized Dealers and must <br />be reported quarterly with all other sales. <br />c) NSP items must be priced at a minimum discount of 151 a from MSRP or List Price. <br />d) NSP items shall not be offered to a Purchasing Entity as a stand-alone option, and the <br />maximum allowable amount of all NSP items in a single Order shall be determined by the <br />Participating State or Entity. <br />e) It shall be at the discretion of the Participating State or Entity to allow Open Market Items in <br />their Participating Addendum. <br />4.3.10. Emerging Technologies <br />a) Upon approval from the Lead State, Contractor may add new, related technology. <br />b) Technology does not have to be restricted to OEM, nor does it have to be Private Labeled. <br />c) Any new technology that a Contractor requests to add to their Price List must contain a full <br />description of the Product, along with MSRP and pricing information, as well as an <br />explanation/justification as to how the Product conforms to the requirements of this Master <br />Agreement. <br />d) Any new technology must be priced at a minimum discount of 10%. <br />4.4. Service Offerings <br />4.4.1. Managed Print Services <br />a) Contractor shall provide the following: <br />i) Free Initial Assessment - which shall include the following: <br />1) Document workflow <br />2) Identification of Service, Supplies, and parts <br />3) Current output <br />4) Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) <br />5) Employee to Device ratio <br />6) Preliminary estimated cost savings <br />ii) Implementation which shall consist of the following: <br />1) Plan Development <br />2) Hardware and Software Installation and Set-up. <br />III) Remote Device Monitoring which shall include the following: <br />1) Job Accounting <br />2) Automated Meter Reads <br />3) Automated Toner Replenishment <br />iv) End -user Support which shall include the following: <br />Page 25 <br />Copiers and Managed Print Servkes - RFP-NP-1"01, Na$Paukie=oigt y@ster Agreement Terms and Condgbns, CARS # 140603 <br />
