Proposal to Provide <br />Community Workforce Agreement Professional Administrative Services <br />Anaheim Union High School District, Measure H General Obligation Bond Construction <br />and Major Rehabilitation Program, Anaheim, CA: Project Manager. Jeremy is the Project <br />Labor Coordinator responsible for Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) Administration, <br />Labor Compliance, and Local Hire Program Management for Anaheim Union High School <br />District. The program isfunded by a $249M bond measure and includes construction <br />projects at seven schools. Jeremy works closely with the District, contractors, and local <br />unions to ensure all projects comply with labor regulations and CBA requirements. <br />Anaheim Elementary School District, Measure G General Obligation Bond Construction <br />and Modernization Program, Anaheim, CA: Project Manager. Serves as Project Labor <br />Administrator/Coordinator responsible for Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) <br />Administration, Labor Compliance, and Local Hire Program Managementthe District's $77M <br />bond program. Jeremy works closely with the District, contractors, and local unions to <br />ensure all projects comply with applicable labor regulations and CBA requirements. <br />Rancho Santiago Community College District, Measure Q Facilities Bond Construction & <br />Modernization Program, Santa Ana, CA: Project Manager. Jeremy is the TSG Project <br />Manager responsible for PLA Administration and Labor Compliance Program Management <br />for the District's bond construction program. He provides technical assistance to the <br />District, prime contractors, subcontractors, and workers on all issues. He manages the TSG <br />staff performing the day-to-day tasks of site and worker interviews, document audits, and <br />monthly reporting. He is responsible for grievance processing and facilitating labor- <br />management cooperation, as well as managing targeted worker and small business <br />outreach programs. <br />Coast Community College District, Measure M Facilities Bond Construction & <br />Modernization Program, Costa Mesa, CA: Project Manager. Serves as the TSG Project <br />Manager responsible for PLA Administration and Labor Compliance Program Management <br />for the District's $698M bond construction program. He provides technical assistance to the <br />District, prime contractors, subcontractors, and workers on all issues. He manages the TSG <br />staff performing the day-to-day tasks of site and worker interviews, document audits, and <br />monthly reporting. He is responsible for grievance processing and facilitating labor- <br />management cooperation, as well as managing targeted worker and small business <br />outreach programs. <br />Los Angeles County Departmentof Public Works, Master On -Call Labor Compliance <br />Contract, Los Angeles, CA: Project Manager. Manages TSG team providing as -needed labor <br />compliance on 25+projects totaling $517M in construction value for LACDPW including the <br />Sepulveda Feeder, San Gabriel Dam, Morris Dam, and Dominguez Gap. Oversees Project <br />Manager's work and serves as a point -of -contact for LACDPW on all administrative issues. <br />TSG is currently working on the Tujunga Wash —a Prop-84 funded project —including <br />assisting LACDPW in meeting all funding requirements. <br />CMTHE <br />IIOROUP 131 N.
