Each proposal demonstrated a high technical competency, experience performing the requested services, and a clear path toward achieving the goals set forth in the RFP. FISCAL IMPACT Funds are budgeted and available for expenditure in the current fiscal year and will be budgeted in future fiscal years, including applicable renewal options, based on the needs of projects identified in each fiscal year's Capital Improvement Program.
